Description
This is an amazing close-up trick. A variation of "Split Second" by Stewart James. The prediction idea used here is U.F. "Gen" Grant's and gives the trick a two-fold climax.
The performer shows a number of jumbo cards that have been cut in half. After these are shuffled by a spectator, a prediction is written which someone holds. Two spectators are now invited to mentally note one of the half-cards then remove their thought-of halves. When the halves are turned up, they match. Not only that, but the prediction is shown to be correct as well! The strong points are that there are no forces used, the cards are freely mixed by the spectator, and the prediction is made before the cards are selected.
Complete with all the cards.
