Is a Japanese 1976 Convention photo '76 P.C. titles at the top with P.C.A.M. INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION - TOKYO in black letters with white and black Japanese characters both at the top and at the bottom of the poster. In the center is a blue square with black Japanese characters, all around this are black and white photos of Carl Hameon, Dick & Diana Zimmerman, Fred Kaps, Albert Goshman, Bob Brown & Brenda, etc. all surrounded by a thin blue and red border all on a light red background
