At the top is titled: THE ONE AND ONLY-LEE GRABEL AN COMPANY OF ASSISTING ARTISTS STARING..HELENE, all in large white letters except GRABEL which is in thick blue letters with white borders. At the botttom is featuring FLOATING PIANO in wide blue letters with a picture of Grabel in the center passing a hoop over a girl playing a piano upside down, while it is being levitated. On the sides are sketched in white ink of a devil, the magician floating his assistant, and other assistants sitting on chairs.
