This No.1 Reveen Comic book is in MINT condition. Its says on the front cover "You will never forget REVEEN and Sons Unlimited" Reveen! The Impossibilist!

This stage mentalist spent decades entertaining young and old throughout Canada and the world with his amazing, never to be forgotten hypnotism act. And somewhere in the early to mid 1960s, Reveen, or his publicist, decided to break into the world of comic books. What would Reveen bring to the comics medium? Mystery? Excitement? Action?

Reveen and Sons Unlimited is a Canadian promotional comic produced by Comic Page Features in Australia for "internationally celebrated mentalist and hypnotist" Reveen, the "Wonder from Down Under." By Robin Edmiston and Owen McCarron 7-in. x 10-in.; full color; 16 pages; newsprint; no cover price; no date, but citca 1965.

This is a scarce MID 1960's comic by REVEEN "The Impossiblist ", the WORLD FAMOUS AUSTRALIAN HYPNOTIST/MENTALIST called REVEEN AND SONS UNLIMITED and PUBLISHED IN CANADA with obvious distribution in the US when he toured .

The comic is interesting enough in that it has to do with his 4 sons wanting to joing Reveen in show biz but he says they are too young . They try and join him on stage as audience members but Reveen takes them home and HYPNOTIZES THEM TO SLEEP (today known as child abuse, i bet).

The 4 kids decide to make up a band called "THE GOATEES " since ALL 4 KIDS (baby included) HAVE A GOATEE LIKE REVEEN. The band is a huge success and even appear on THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW (see pic of Ed).

Reveen puts and end to it by HYPNOTIZING HIS KIDS AGAIN so they can't sing a single note and their careers as young musicians are over BUT THEY DECIDE TO BE BECOME HPYPNOTISTS LIKE THEIR DAD. Reveen is so annoyed by this - they are too young - he physically SPANKS EACH OF HIS KIDS! The last page is a gag page about Reveen hypnotizing a cop to get out of a ticket.

Cute advertising in a NM/M copy of scarce CANADIAN PROMO COMIC used for advertising purposes and available at his shows, I would have to guess - and this guy did many many shows. Peter Reveen is currently the manager of Las Vegas magician Lance Burton
