Igor Kio - Russian magician, who performed primarily in circuses.
It says Kio near the bottom in thick red letters and shows a brown three-holder candle abra which rests on a red and blue colored base. The three candles each emit a flame which is red, blue, and green colored - giong from left to right with a green silhouette of a man on a rope from red flame; white with brown speckle doves inside the blue flame. All is on a white back.
